Wings and Wheels: Hudson's Senior Portraits

Every senior portrait session is an adventure, a chance to capture a young person's passions and personality. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Hudson, a senior at Auburn High School, whose adventurous spirit and diverse interests made for an unforgettable session.

From the moment Hudson’s mom started describing him, I was struck by Hudson’s enthusiasm for life and his array of hobbies. As we discussed his vision for the session, it became clear that we needed to showcase his love for cars and aviation.

Our session began in Downtown Opelika, where we tapped into Hudson's love for fast cars and urban vibes. Against the backdrop of the city streets, we captured some "Fast and Furious" style shots, highlighting Hudson's sleek Audi and APR/SpaceX branded attire that speaks to his interest in tech.

One of the other highlights of our session was incorporating Hudson's passion for aviation. We headed to the Auburn Airport, where Hudson's dreams took flight as he posed alongside planes and shared stories of his journey to becoming a pilot and aircraft builder.

Working with Hudson was an absolute delight, and I am grateful for the opportunity to capture his spirit and passion through my lens.
