My passion and specialty is High School Senior Portraits. I love working with teens as they discover who they are, begin planning their futures, setting ambitious goals, and making it happen. Senior year and graduation may be a bittersweet time for parents, but I'm here to capture these last moments of your child before they take all that you've taught them and go on to become amazing, independent young adults. These sessions are meant to celebrate your senior and YOU for this great accomplishment.

Photos have the ability to stop time and illustrate the story of a person’s life. But there’s just something about video that opens up possibilities to tell that story in an entirely different way. The Senior Photo + Film Session is for those who want to focus their session on telling a story with moving pictures, capturing those elusive “in-between” moments and expressions that are difficult to do justice to in a photograph alone, showcasing talents and hobbies, visiting your favorite places and doing your favorite things. We’ll start with a phone call introduction to get to know more about you and match you to the best portrait experience for your needs. We’ll talk about what your dream session looks like, who you want to include for this special occasion, what kinds of activities or hobbies or themes might we be able to incorporate, what kind of style and locations appeal to you, how you like to enjoy your final images, and the ideal time of year for your session. We can have your session booked by the end of the call!

A few weeks before your session, we’ll meet in person and use the notes from our initial call to dive deep and create and finalize plans that will enable us to bring your vision to life. I will help you choose the wardrobe, makeup, and hairstyles that reflect your personal style, and match those choices with the perfect locations.

My favorite part! Hopefully yours too! Pro tip: Don't be nervous. I've been photographing all kinds of seniors for years, so I know what angles and poses will make you look your best....and which ones to avoid. Take it from someone who is not a natural in front of the camera, the right photographer makes all the difference.

After your session, we will meet back in person so you can see all of the photos and order your favorites in digital and print! We’ll have the opportunity to design photo albums and beautiful wall art that will perfectly compliment you and your home. Your purchased digital images will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery that you can easily download and share within just a few weeks!
