Be-YOU-tiful
Project BE•YOU•TIFUL is a portrait project aimed toward inspiring young people to be comfortable in their own skin. This project is unique and meaningful because I will work with high school age teens to create beautiful black and white portraits in the studio with simple styling and NO makeup. My hope is for young people to bravely challenge traditional beauty standards, to embrace their natural beauty, and consider what makes a person truly beautiful.
This event will take place on the morning of August 6, 2024 and is open to High School students in the Class of 2024-Class of 2028. There is no cost to participate in this project, but a printed magazine will be available for purchase, and donations are encouraged. Proceeds from this year’s project will benefit the Domestic Violence Intervention Center.
Please complete the form below if you are interested in participating! A limited number of people will be able to participate, and invitations will be sent on a first come, first serve basis. Must have parent permission to participate.
